Curiosa Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • UK Delivery:

    • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days.

    • Express Delivery: Next working day if ordered before 2pm.

  • International Delivery:

    • Europe: 5–10 working days.

    • Rest of World: 7–14 working days.
      (Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processes.)

  • Tracking: All orders are dispatched with tracking information. You will receive an email confirmation once shipped.

  • Delivery Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and service chosen.

Returns

We hope you love your Curiosa purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied:

  • Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact (where applicable).

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: At present, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original.

  • Faulty Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if your item is faulty or incorrect. We will cover return postage costs in these cases.

  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear bottoms, opened beauty products, and personalised/customised items cannot be returned.
